The staff was efficient, but you might have to carry your own suitcases by going to the front desk to get the trolley and bring it out to your car. Tips are greatly appreciated. Ask for Omar to help! He works hard for a good tip and is so friendly he makes you feel like your home. Do not disturb sign is greatly behaved with by staff. A good tip will give you an extra special cleaning with new sheets, coffee, toilet paper, clean towels, and good microwave, refrigerator, and ice buckets. Ice machine on each floor. Pool bar every night with music and good strong drinks overlooking the palm trees and talking with friendly people. Need good service with a smile, ask for "Omar"! Pool awesome and kids get nice curly water slides! Enjoy! The breakfast and hot coffee at 7am to 10M AWSOME homemade waffles and eggs,sausage,fresh muffins ECt. Greatest value for the DOLLAR. Beach close and restaurants on the ocean! Just awesome!

The hotel is on a wonderful location. 2 minutes walking down the street to find the beach and the pier. Price per room is reasonable. The Continental Breakfast was amazing. It has scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, yogurt, waffles (2 flavours daily), orange juice, apple juice and water with lemon, coffee, muffins and oranges. The dinning area is big. The hotel has a pool, bar area and a beautiful garden-patio. The staff is very friendly (the women who prepare the breakfast and the cleaning staff) Front desk people are very kind and helpful.

An excellent location, near to many shops and the beach. The room was large and clean, although could do with updating as the decor and facilities were a little outdated. The reception staff didn't really engage, however, Alex the maintenance man was great and helpful. Breakfast was adequate but all self-service, which was a little off-putting as I didn't know how to use some of the equipment.

location was great walked across the street to the beach every day. walked to dinner at nice restaurants just around the corner. had a short drive over the intracoastal bridge for all the happening spots of deerfield beach. room was spacious and nice. breakfast could have been better.

Even though I had to pay for my dog it was a excellent place to stay with my dog. My husband liked the breakfast while I took a hot shower. Diane was very helpful and polite when we arrive and suggested a great restaurants to dine that night.I will definitely be back whe I am in Deerfield Beach.

Stayed on the top floor, 6, and loved having a little view of the ocean. Sheets and blankets were so soft. Great to have a mini fridge and microwave. Loved the very nice pool. Lobby staff and other hotel workers all very nice and friendly. Large kitchen area with no supplies? Whatever, maybe covid reasons. No dishes, flatware. Really liked the lobby coffee 24/7 and the 4 pm popcorn and lemonade. Nice friendly touch. We would stay here again. 1 minute walk to the beautiful beaches and lots of good restaurant options. We enjoyed Deerfield Beach. Thanks!
